My name is Savannah Saccarelli and I’m behind the creations of these classy curiosities. I’m originally from SLC, UT but have been residing in the Portland, Maine area for the past few years.
Ever since I can remember I've been fascinated with insects in which I considered them my first little friends. I’ve always believed in protecting the unloved and by creating beautiful art from insects and nature I've been able to bring them back to life by displaying their beauty forever.
Muh.Kaa.Bruh stems from the pronunciation of the word "macabre."
It all started as a hobby in 2019 where I really started exploring my love for art. After a few years of honing in on my craft, I took a leap of faith and quit my full time job in 2022 to pursue my art full time...And I've never looked back! I've been extremely grateful for the experience thus far with being able to share my work and educate those who appreciate and admire it.
